Cancellation Policy

Refund and credit terms for groups registered for the Student Mission Trip.

  • Before Feb 1: $1,000 registration deposit is non-refundable
  • After Feb 1 / Before May 1: 50% of 1st payment refunded & 50% credited to next summer
  • After May 1 / Final Payment Received: No additional refunds or credits guaranteed

Considerations will be made on a case-by-case basis.
